A. Bacterial

Prevention:
Use condoms during sex, or condoms and dental dams during oral sex.

Testing:
Testing for chlamydia can be performed using a:
Swabbing of the infected area (cervix, urethra, rectum)

Chlamydia can be cured with antibiotics.
B. Viral
Name: Human Immunodeficiency Virus
Prevention:
Nickname: HIV
Use condoms during sex, or use condoms and dental dams during oral
sex.
Symptoms:
Constant weight loss/fatigue
Night sweats
Loss of appetite
Constant diarrhoea
Recurring yeast infections
Testing:
The testing could detect the virus in the body within a few weeks to
even six months.
Treatment:
There is no cure for HIV, but there are some treatments that are
helping people with HIV live longer.
C. Parasitic

Prevention:

Avoid sharing towels and clothing that have not been washed.
If it cant be washed, vacuum it.
When trying on underwear or a bathing suit at the store always
wear something underneath.
