We, the Post Graduate Interns from Medical Center Manila, would like to
ask your humble office that we will be conducting our research entitled
Nutritional assessment of children aged 5 to 10 years old living
near Our Lady of Sorrow Parish Church, Pasay City August 2016
In partial fulfillment of our reqirements in our Family Medicine and
Community Rotation, which will be held in Our Lady of Sorrow Parish.
There will also be a lecture about proper food handling, proper hand
washing, ways to make healthy and nutritious food for their children, and
food for those who will attend.
In this connection, we would like to ask permission from your good office
to conduct our study to the randomly selected children aging 5-10 years
old, residents near your parish this August 27, 2016 starting at 9 am until
12 noon.
We are looking forward for favorable response regarding this
