Altered foveal contour with preserved foveal pit.

Central macular thickness is 271 m (Above normal limits in
comparison to the OCT normative base ) with adjacent Infero-temporal
retinal thickening.
Hyper-reflective spots in all layers indicating hemorrhage.
Hypo-reflective circular spaces with smooth walls and clear contents
indicating cystoid macular edema .
Hyper-reflective spots with back-shadowing indicating hard exudates.

Normal RPE-choriocapillaries complex

Evidence of ERM firmly attached temporal to fovea without vitreo
macular traction
Evidence of neither PVD nor vitreo-macular traction.
