    The B-scan revealed a myopic ocular contour with an axial length of approximately 29.50 mm. An acoustically opaque lens was found along with vitreous floaters of mild echogenicity and a complete posterior vitreous detachment. The retina was in place in all quadrants and the optic nerve echogenicity was normal.
