Its the most purest dance there is, Ballet is a type of performance dance that
originated in the Italian Renaissance courts of the 15th century. If you choose to
learn ballet you can expect over time to develop perfect posture and control over
our body, incredibly super strong slim toned legs, and core and back a grace
and athletic ability that is beyond compare to any other athlete. A elite male
dancer can jump the height of a door run to his ballerina lift her above his head
with one hand then turn 32 times on one leg while smiling and show no hint of
strain an eort throughout his body and as for the ballerina she can lift her leg to
her shoulder while standing with outu sing her hands , and turn 32 times on one
leg wearing point shoe. People also have the misconception that you must be
young to learn ballet, well Rudolf Nureyev (the greatest male dancer ever) started
at 17. Ballet is for everyone.

lands dance theatre, also most ballet companies will do regular works in
contemporary as the foundation of its technique is derived from ballet.

Ballet by Satori Dance

Its the most purest dance there is, Ballet is a type of performance dance that
originated in the Italian Renaissance courts of the 15th century. If you choose to
learn ballet you can expect over time to develop perfect posture and control over
our body, incredibly super strong slim toned legs, and core and back a grace
and athletic ability that is beyond compare to any other athlete. A elite male
dancer can jump the height of a door run to his ballerina lift her above his head
with one hand then turn 32 times on one leg while smiling and show no hint of
strain an eort throughout his body and as for the ballerina she can lift her leg to
her shoulder while standing with out using her hands , and turn 32 times on one
leg wearing point shoes.People also have the misconception that you must be
young to learn ballet, well Rudolf Nureyev (the greatest male dancer ever) started
at 17 . Ballet is for everyone

game at the youth and high school levels. The programs
include clinics, after school programs, camps and
individual or group private training sessions. Each
program is designed with one aim in mind; to equip
students with the skills and the knowledge to become

the best basketball player they can possibly be.

The primary focus of all of our programs is the teaching
and reinforcing of the proper fundamentals of the game
of basketball. Fundamentals are the foundation of a
successful basketball player on any level. From a highschool varsity player all the way to an NBA All-Star.
Success on the basketball court is based on knowing
and executing the proper fundamentals in game
situations. Many times students pick up bad habits as
they learn the game of basketball; bad habits which are
very dicult to break as they get older. At Top Flight we
believe in carefully teaching the proper fundamentals of
shooting, passing, ball handling, footwork, and defense
and then consistently reinforcing these principles with
hours of practice and repetition with specically
designed drills . Our goal is to provide students with a
challenging yet fun atmosphere in which to maximize
their abilities on the basketball court. Whether the
student is a serious player with aspirations of playing at
the high-school or university level,or a student who
enjoys to play the game merely as hobby or for fun, we
guarantee they will see an overall improvement in their
overall skill level after training at the Top Flight

Contemporaryby Satori
Contemporary is often very similar to lyrical jazz but contemporary dance has its
unique style, often contemporary can be abstract in its approach and breaks the
boundaries of dance as an art.. Contemporary dance companies are everywhere
in the world and some famous companies are Alvin Ailey, complexions, never
lands dance theatre, also most ballet companies will do regular works in
contemporary as the foundation of its technique is derived from ballet.
In class you should expect to learn conceptualized, uid movement from a solid
technique plus all the strength, and exibility that is in technique dance styles..
Dance students in class will develop such a ow and feel with an inner expression
that is unique to contemporary dance

Top Flight Specializes in teaching and promoting the

game at the youth and high school levels.
Basketball Academy

Top Flight Specializes in teaching and promoting the

game at the youth and high school levels.

Pre ballet by Satori Dance
