Whats the point?

Pre-Meetings
- Confirm the meeting one day before;
- Write down questions you want to ask to find out more
about the company
- Identify possible needs
- Anticipate possible questions they might have

discussing the partnership.

Simple questions such as How was your weekend? / Sales people

works

interns/graduates before/how did they do recruitment

At this point you are demanded to be a good listener and take note of
everything

- Guide the conversation until you know what the needs of


the company

- Explain AIESEC and out global talent program

Talk about how AIESEC develops leadership through exchange.

- What kind of talents do they need? What projects do they


have?

The Meeting
- Collect the information
- Wrap up the conversation with ACTION STEPS

Make it clear what you will do, and what the company needs to do
(i.e. I will send the contract, send me your company profile)

- Clear Progression. What is happening after? What is the


next point of contact. (Will send you an email in 2 weeks
to discuss further?)
- Send an email the same day about 2 hours after.

- Complete action steps that are needed
- Did the company ask you to send examples of EPs
previously taken
