Log into mailchimp

2. Top right, click Lists then Create a new list

3. Fill out these details (Just fill out your personal Email, and the from name do
AIESEC in Monash) For the reminder write Youre receiving this e-mail because of your

expression to interest to one of AIESECs programs to travel abroad

4. Add Subscribers Import Subscribers Copy / Paste from Excel

5. Copy and paste their e-mail addresses into the e-mail box

Go to Campaign (top left)

Click Create Campaign
Click Regular Ol Campaign
Select the list you just made!

10. Name your Campaign the current day/month AIESEC Connect contacts
**IMPORTANT PLEASE ALWAYS UNTICK THE PERSONALIZE TO FIELD

11. In this Select a Template step, go to Saved Templates and click on AIESEC
Connect e-mail

12. Click Next and Send!

13. Congratulations youve just sent out your e-mail! Wewewewewewew

14. Make sure youve changed the colour of the contacts youve emailed to
green on the contact sheet and that youve transferred them onto the Contacted
tab.
