LEGAL AGREEMENT

This document is considered a contract.

This JQ is aligned to the AIESEC Exchange Program
Policies (XPP), the official document attached to the
Global Talent Contract agreed between your
organisation and AIESEC. Any conflict between this
JQ and the XPP will be resolved by following what
the XPP states. AIESEC is responsible of sharing the
relevant documents with the other signing party, and
keep them updated of any changes.
By signing this JQ, both parties agree and commit to
all the terms and conditions outlined both in this JQ
and in the XPPs, which include the responsibility in
the delivery of the Internship.
