Whats Happening in
Childrens Ministries?

With the change in worship times on Sept.

18, we will be experiencing some change
in Childrens Ministries as well. At the 9:15
worship hour we will offer Kids Worship!, an
interactive, multi-age Bible story time along
with music. We will move from the Chapel
and music room to Whittler Hall where we
will have more ability to move our bodies
and learn in ways that work for children.
Children will still start in the Sanctuary and
will be dismissed after Childrens Time to
head downstairs. At the 10:30 worship hour
we will continue to offer Whittler Treehouse
and Studio K5 Sunday School where children
learn in a large group/small group format.
If you have any questions about Childrens
Ministries, or are interested in working with
Childrens Ministries, please contact Nancy
Cooper (nancy@moumc.org or 443-3111) or
fill out the tear-off sheet in the bulletin.

NOTE: The group starts at 11:30am, not 10am as

previously published.

Find Financial Peace

By John Beverstein
Financial Peace University has changed how our family
views family finances. After completing the course and
now facilitating the class several times, I feel empowered
to make our finances work for us instead of being a
burden to our family. After all, all of our money is
actually Gods money and we act as his steward. When
your realize this, you start to relate differently with your
finances.
Whether you are young and just starting out, approaching
retirement, or anywhere in-between, Dave Ramseys FPU
helps you to take control of your money and make it work
for you. Most of us wander through life, not knowing
how to deal with our financial resources. Financial Peace
University gives you the insight to win regardless of
your financial situation. I invite you to join us on Sunday
afternoons this fall to become better stewards of Gods
Kingdom.
Sundays @ 4pm at the church
Starts Sept. 11
Participant Kits $99
Facilitators: John Beverstein and Greg Thackery
