NON-PUBLICATION DAYS

The publisher reserves the right to modify the advertising rates by giving notice
thereof.

The publisher reserves the right not to publish an advertisement, not to publish
it in any issue, or to change its location.

The publisher reserves the right to require that the advertisement be delimited
by a stroke of at least one (1) point.

The advertiser is responsible for the content of any advertisement he wishes to


be published and for seeing that it complies with the law. He is answerable to
the publisher for any damages or claims in this respect.

The publisher may not be held liable by the advertisers for any loss or damage
they incur as a result of force majeure including strikes or work stoppages, or as
a result of incorrect reproduction of any advertisement or failure to publish it.

The advertiser and advertising agency, where applicable, are joint and several
guarantors to the publisher for payment of the publishers publication of any
advertisement.
In case of disagreement, the provisions of any agreement between the
advertiser and the publisher take precedence over this rate card.

Day after Christmas

(1) Le Droit will not be published on Monday, August 4, 2014 (Ontario civic holiday).

TERMS and conditions of payment


The publisher grants 15% commission on the invoice price to any agency
recognized by the CNA or NAA.
