It Further tests him on how he uses the strategies to solve the problems. Number of participants for the event will only be 1 per college. The Best Manager will be carried in 6 different rounds and those would be conducted in 2 days at regular intervals. The probable rounds for the best manager will be as follows: a) Presentation on the given case study, which will be common for all. Presentation time: 5-6 mins. b) Numerical aptitude test. c) Cash management game. d) Rapid fire round (Psychometric Test). e) Interpretation of the financial statements of different companies. f) Panel interview.
Prelim Round
Case Study Presentation: Participants will
be given a time of 20 mins to go through the case and 10 mins time to prepare the PPTs. Individual presentations will have to be made in front of the jury. Presentation time will be 5-6 mins per individual.
Numerical test: It will be conducted
simultaneously for all the participants. Its duration will be of 15 mins. Basic mathematical concepts will be tested. Cash Management game: Hypothetical cash will be given to the participants and they will have to manage certain tasks with the allotted cash. Rapid fire round: In this Participants will be tested on individual level regarding their thought process, analyzing ability as well as stress management. Interpretation of financial statements: Participants will be given annual reports of the companies and they will have to analyze the figures and suggest the future course of action to the Board of Directors. Panel Interview: Last but not the least a panel interview to check the ability of the participant to crack the interview.
