GENERAL RULES

 Each participant should carry identity proof.


 Students who would like to take part in the events can register online before the date
of the event.
 On the spot registration is also allowed.
 Students should refrain from abusive language, obscene display and revealing
costumes during the competition.
 Smoking drinking and consumption of any objectionable ‘substances’ are prohibited.
 The judge’s decision is final.
 Participants should go through to event rules and adhere to the specifics. Participation,
props, music, etc. for certain events should be confirmed pre-registration if required,
by contacting the event coordinators.
 A participant can participate only in one event at a time. Participants are not restricted
to participate in any number of events if the timings don’t clash.
 All the events will commence at the scheduled time. Punctuality will be appreciated.
 Rules are subject to the change at the discretion of the management/organizers.
 Criteria for the overall championship include participation in maximum number of
events as week as the total scores obtained in the competition
THE GAME CHANGER

This event is right for those who are unique and daring.

Event Duration: 2.5 to 3 hours
Broad Instructions:
 All participants should have mobile phone with internet connectivity
 All other props needed for the event will be provided to the participants
 A professional mail id should be provided by participants (E.g.,
yourname123@gmail.com)
 A resume should be uploaded in a google drive which will be shared after the
registration, by all participant
 A Proper dress code (preferably professional attire) is encouraged at the time
of event
Round specific Instructions:
Round 1: Kahoot your way In
 The questions will be based on HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations domains
and current affairs
 Top 10 participants from the leader board will be going for successive rounds
Round 2: Make it Happen
 Participants will be given a failed product
 They will be asked to prepare a strategy for the product and make it a
successful one
 20 to 30 minutes for preparation and 2 minutes for presentation
Round 3: Ace the Case
 A case will be given and the candidate has to come-up with the solution
 30 minutes will be the time limit.
 Solutions should be submitted hand-written
Round 4: Stress Interview
 Interview will be held by a panel of judges
 Duration will be for 15 minutes

QUIZIBLEZ

The event will tease your brain, get you rewards, turn you into an entrepreneur and what-
not!!!!
Team/Single person Event: Team Event
Team Size: 3-4 members/team
Event Duration: 1.30 to 2 hours
Broad Instructions:
 All teams will be made to sit in auditorium and questions will be displayed on the
screen
 The preliminary round will have a total of 15 questions
 Top 6 teams will advance to the final round of the quiz
 No negative marking
 Not more than 2 teams from same college/institution can advance to the next
round
Round specific Instructions:
Round 1: Crossword
 Each team will be given a chance to select a number (1-3) and direction
(across/down)
 The questions will be posted according to the choice made.
 Every direct answer will fetch 10 points.
 Every passed correct answer will fetch 5 points.
 No negative marking
Round 2: Mixed Bag
 The participants will be made to choose questions from various options of genres
given
 Questions will be posted according genre of choice
 One round will follow clockwise pattern of questioning followed by another round
following anti-clockwise pattern
 Team answering question correctly on the first chance will get another question (2
questions on trot)
 For every direct correct answer, team will be awarded 10 points
 For every passed correct answer, team will be awarded 5 points
 No negative marking
Round 3: Cluedo
 Each team will be eligible for 3 clues
 Each clue will be displayed for 20 seconds
 Correct answer on the very first clue will fetch 15 points
 Correct answer on the second clue will fetch 10 points
 Correct answer on the third and final clue will fetch 5 points
 5 points negative for each wrong answer given for each clue (subject to changes)
Round 4: Connect
 This will be Audio-visual round
 Three pictures will be displayed on the screen with a background music
 Teams are supposed to find the connection between the four (three pictures and
music)
 If they are able to link the four, they will be awarded 15 points
 If they are able to link and also arrive at expected final answer, they will be
awarded 20 points
 No negative markings
 Cumulative score of all the 4 rounds will be taken into account to decide the
winner of the event

Event Duration: 2 to 2.30 hours
Instructions:
 All teams will be given a purse value of 85 cr.
 All teams will be given a booklet that contains the list of players to be auctioned
along with their respective base prices
 A team must have a minimum of 18 players and a maximum of 23 players
 A final 15 player list must be submitted for valuation (playing-11 & sub-4)
 Weightage will be given for bench players too

Round 1: Pipe Up
 Each participant will be given the chance to voice out their opinions on the topic
given for discussion.
 Important criteria for selection include Fluency in English communication
Creativity & spontaneity
Round 2: Enriching the Extempore
 On spot topic will be given spontaneity and clarity would be expected from
speakers.
Round 3: Deliberative Discretion
 One-on-one debate will be given to top speakers in real time.
 Topics can be of corporate/business/current affairs/proverb /situation/general
news

A (NOT SO) FRIENDLY TAKEOVER
This event is kinda like Monopoly. It tries to give participants an opportunity to showcase
their understanding of different sectors and their analytical ability to go about financials of a
company.

Broad Instructions:
 Teams should mail their presentations to xx.@gmail.com specified deadline
 Time for presentation will be 10-12 minutes.
 All teams should mention their college name and participants in the mail.
Instructions:
 A cover page with participants’ details
 Participants must have a clear understanding of different industries.
 Gap existing in the market (Problem addressed through M&A).
 Market analysis (for example: issues faced by customers; scope in the market)
 Business description of 2 companies.
 Thesis based on which one company acquires the other (Negotiations,
 potential difficulties and how profitable it will be for both the companies on
account of such undertaking).
 Connection of M&A with recent trend.
 Creating synergy (Proof that shows the combined profits (effect), account of
merger is greater than the separated individual profits (effect)).
 Winners will be selected based on judges’ evaluation of the presentation

INVEST THE INTEREST
This event focusses on creating a competitive environment to showcase participants stock
trading skills
Team/Single person Event: Single person Event
Event Duration: 6 hours
Broad Instructions:
 All participants should bring their laptop and should have access to smartphones
with proper internet connection throughout the event.
 The link for trading platform will be shared at the event
Round specific Instructions:
 All Participants have to make trade with virtual money of Rs. 5,00,000 and have
to trade only in Nifty 50 stocks.
 All Participants will have to trade in at least 6 different stocks and should not
deploy more than Rs.80,000 in one particular stock.
 All Participants will have to strictly adhere to the trading time (9:15 AM -
3:00PM).
 All Participants will have to strictly follow the rules. Any deviations from the
specified rules may lead to disqualification.
 All At the end of the event, all participants must explain their trading
thesis/strategy through which they took the trade to the panel.
 Winners will be selected on the basis of their strategy and returns made in the day.

CHAIN SHOT RELAY
The event brings up the operations ability of a person, by doing the cost minimization of a
product without compromising the quality.

 Judges and event coordinators will group the shortlisted candidates of round 1 into

 The questions will be from Technical Operations base
Round 2: Case Study
 A Case Study Solving Game, Where the case study is based on Supply chain
Management.
 Each team will have three members (Judges and event coordinators will group the
shortlisted candidates of round 1 into groups).
 The game will happen for 1 hour, end of which the winner is announced.

Round 1: Preliminary Screening
 The abstract should be sent in before the stipulated date and based on that
Preliminary short listing will be done
 The selected plans will be intimated through email
 The subject of the email should be BPLAN – Daksha 2022
 Add the screenshot of the payment in the google form provided along with the
other required details
Round 2: Final Presentation
 Five teams will be shortlisted for the final presentation in offline mode (In the
campus venue)
 Teams should bring soft copy as well as hard copy while attending the
competition
 Final round submission will be judged according to the following criteria:
 Is the business financially feasible?
 Quality of the products/services and/or solutions
 Market opportunities and competition
 Team qualifications
 Overall attractiveness of the venture
 A 10-minute-long presentation should be given to the judging panel

The goal of this event is to bring out the participants' creative and unique strategies for
marketing the product to the target customers.

 A time duration of 20 mins for the participants to create and send their marketing
email will be given.

 Copy and paste from the internet will be disqualified

RED HANDED
It’s your dream chor-police game. You exposed to a challenge to search for clues, gather
evidence, and rule out suspects in a crime setting.
Team/Single person Event: Team Event
Size of the Team: 3 members per team
Event Duration: 2 hours
Broad Instructions:
 All members of a team members shall be taking the roles of detective, forensic
expert and a techie.
 Roles are should not be changed during both rounds
Round specific Instructions:
Round 1: Beat the Rap
 Details of the victim will be given to the team.
 A crime scene will be presented to you.
 The team will be allowed to investigate a crime scene for 15 minutes.
 They should prepare a detailed report of the forensics and the list of suspects.
Round 2: In the dock
 Teams who have a clear picture of the crime will be selected for the second round.
 A list of the suspects will be given to the team.
 Each team will be given 30 minutes for analysing.
 A detailed analysis of all the suspects and how they are matched with the suspects
have to be presented.
 One guess of the guilty should be made.

TRIAL BY FIRE
It's a time bound rapid fire Quiz which will put your general knowledge to test. It's fun, keeps
your brain sharp and alert and help you realize how important it is to focus on the present.

Size of the Team: 7-10 members per team
Event Duration:
Instructions:
 A team must contain a minimum of 7 to 10 members and maximum of 10
members.
 Pen and paper will be provided.
 Questions will be generic covering various fields like Sports, Science, Geography,
Personalities, Brands, Celebrities, etc.
 20 rapid fire questions, each carrying 5 marks will be shot at the members.
 Only 10 seconds will be provided to answer each question.
 The next question will be displayed immediately at the end of 10th second.
 The top scorer of the members will be awarded with goodies.
 Any Non-Parliamentary words or actions are not allowed.

CARROM
It is a tailor-made event for the carrom enthusiasts
Team/Single person Event: Both

Round Specific Instructions:
TYPE - 1
 The colour of carrommen is decided based on toss. The player taking the first shot
plays white carrommen
 Thumbing or Thumb-shot is not allowed
 Player is not allowed to hit carrommen on the arrow
 A player committing foul must return one carromman that was already pocketed
 The game will be finished only after pocketing all carromman on the board.
 Pocketing the red carrommen/queen must immediately be followed by pocketing
another coin
 If any piece jumps off the board, it is placed on the centre spot
 If player pockets his last carrommen before pocketing queen, they lose the board
 The one finishing the game first is regarded as the winner
 Umpires call is the final
Note: Pocketing Red carrommen won’t give additional benefit.
TYPE – 2
 The player can strike any coloured coin of his choice
 First strike is decided based on toss
 Black = 5 points
 White = 10 points
 Queen/Red = 25 points
 The one with maximum points is regarded as the winner
 In case of draw, the one who pockets the queen/ red carrommen is regarded as the
winner

Warm up your fingers for this match to beat the expert
Team/Single Person event: Single person event
Event duration: 15-20 minutes
Instructions:
 It will be one on one event where you need to beat the expert in WWE 2K19
 The game will be played in Laptop and joysticks will be provided.
 Players have the freedom to choose any WWE superstar and change the key
mapping if required.
 2 minutes will be given at the start to get used to the gameplay.
 The player will be given a total of 15 minutes before which he needs to defeat the
expert.
Note: It will be no submission match
