GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
 Final registration for all the events should be done at registration counters by
8.30 am. Participant entry will be closed by 9.30 am.
 Students are requested to carry their college ID card & Bonafide Certificate.
 The number of participants per college should not exceed 30. (Only the
participants will be allowed inside the college premises)
 Utmost discipline is expected from the participants. Whistling & howling is
strictly prohibited.
 Lunch coupons can be collected at the registration counters.
 The prizes & certificates will be awarded at the valedictory function.
 Participants are not allowed to use any kind of electronic devices.
 Students can participate in more than one event, but not in the events which
are conducted at the same time.
 Dress code must be strictly adhered to. Girls must wear salwar kameez with
dupatta & boys must be in formal attire.
 Judges decision is final and bonding in all cases.
 Participants must submit their pen drive at the registration counter for the
relevant events.
 Event rules, timings, venues may be subject to change without prior notice.
 Abusive language & vulgarity in any form are strictly prohibited.
 Necessary materials for the events should be brought by the participants.
 Registration fee Rs.100 will be collected per department.

 ON- STAGE EVENTS
2MINUTES TO FAME 10.00am – 11.00am
 Entry divisions: Solo
 Categories: Vocal, Instrumental, Dance, Mimicry, dub smash, RJ mania.

DECROUX PLAY (Mime) 11.00am – 11.45am

 Each team can have 5 members.
 The teams be will given a situation and a preparation time of maximum 5
minutes.
 Time duration is 4-5 minutes for each team.
 The act should not contain any dialogues, lip sync.
 Points will be given on the basis of innovation, depiction of the situation,
team work and expression.

BRAIN CHOP (Quiz) 12.00pm – 12.30pm

 2 Members per team
 PRELIMS would be conducted
 FINALS 1. Each team will be given a span of time of 30 sec to answer the
questions.
2. If the allotted team is unable to answer the question, then the
question shall be passed on to the subsequent team.

BRANDALISM (Adzap) 12.30pm – 01.30pm

 1 Team per Department
 Each team can have 3 to 5 members
 Weightage will be given to Humour, Creativity and Marketing skills.
 Any Non-Parlimentary words or Actions will make the team disqualified.
 Decision of the Judges will be final.

CORPORATE WALK 02.30pm – 03.30pm

 1 Team per college
 Each team can have 5 to 7 members
 Timing: 10 minutes
 Background music to be submitted in MP3 form in PENDRIVE
 The theme should be strictly related to industry work place and other
professional
 OFF- STAGE EVENTS
(Commences @ 10.30 am)

 Maximum number of participants in a team is 2.
 Please bring your power point presentation in Pen drive.
 Each team will get 10 minutes for presentation followed by question and
answer session.
 Topics:
1. Exploring the significance of commerce in today’s world.
2. Enhancing employee performance through monetary incentives.
3. Public sector banks future in the country.
4. The strategy of corporate sustainability.
5. How business communication and effective marketing go hand in hand.

FLYER MAKING
 Individual participation only
 Time limit = 30 -40 Mins
 Participants may use any editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Paint,
Microsoft PowerPoint, Etc.)
 Participants must bring their own Laptop.
 The Decision of the panel of Judges will be based on the Relevance to the
theme, Originality, Creativity and Presentation.

PAINTING / CARTOONING
 Individual participation only
 Participants should bring their own stationery material, Colors, Chart paper
etc.
 Time limit = 30 -40 Mins
 Painting should be the depiction of any scene of Bank/ Stock Exchange/
Market or Factory.

COLLAGE MAKING
 Two participants per team.
 Theme “E-Commerce & Digital Marketing”.
 Time limit = 30 -40 Mins
LOGO DESIGNING
 Individual participation only
 Students have to draw or create a logo of given topic
 The design of logo should be unique
 The logo should not include any slogan or national symbol
 Time limit = 30 - 40 mins
 Participants need to bring the required materials.
 The winners will be decided on the basis of the drawing skill & creativity

RECYCLE MANIA (BEST OUT OF WASTE)

 Two participants per team.
 No one can use internet or any other source of information
 Make an innovative and useful product out of waste that include household
waste ,stationary waste, etc
 Product will be judged upon Creativity, Innovation, Explanation and
Maximum of utility.
 Materials to be brought by the participants.
 Time limit = 1 hour

STARTUP TALKS
 It is an event to showcase your talent of generating new business ideas with
innovation and technology in addition with your passion.
 Project idea topic must be related to any growing research area of
management and economic field.
 The number of students in team would be 2.
 Each team will be allotted with 15 minutes where 12 minutes is for
presentation 3 minutes for questionnaires round with audience and judges.
 Participants must carry and are responsible for their pen drives and laptops.
