school to our Inter-School fest 'Flux’.
The fest endeavours to hone students’
latent abilities and help them to demonstrate their
potential. It means change and change is the essence of
life. The change can be brought in by guiding the young
generation and the appropriate methodology is to teach
them through activities.

This year, Flux is a blend of Art, Culture, Literature, Music,

and Dance - a myriad of competitions wherein students
can demonstrate their talent by applying their skills.

The schedule and details of the programme are attached

for your perusal. Kindly find the attachment.

• Flux will be conducted both offline as well as online mode.
• All registrations must reach the host school on or before 20 November 2023(Tuesday).
• The mega fest will be organized on Wednesday, 29th November from 8.30 am onwards.
• The school is requested to register between 8.00 am - 8.30 am on the day of the event.
• For online event, video Files are to be uploaded on YouTube in landscape mode and only
the Unlisted – Public Access Link is to be submitted. The host school will not be
responsible for any link that fails to open.
• All the participants should visit our Inter School event facebook page for the latest
updates and details of the respective events related to the fest.
• ‘On the Spot’ registration will not be permitted.
• One student is allowed to participate in only one event.
• School code will be sent through an email by 22 November and school identity should not
be disclosed at any time during the event. Participants should introduce themselves only
by their school code.
• The participants can use costumes and props, if specified in the event. If not specified,
they are required to give their presentations in school uniform.
• I, II and III positions will be conferred to the winners. The decision of the judges will be
final and binding and no queries in this regard will be entertained.
• Winners Trophy for overall best school will be awarded to the school scoring the maximum
points. All the participants will be awarded participation certificates.
• If there is any change in the participant’s name, you are requested to update your
students details in the editable google form itself by 21 Nov.
• All files(videos, jpeg etc ) should be titled as School code_Event name_Participant(s)
name.
• Plagiarism shall lead to disqualification of the entry.
• Results of all the events will be declared on the same day and on the school website

 Candidates need to justify their problem statement.
 Designed solution hardware must be a prototype only not a large scale developed
solution. The hardware combined with the coding section must present a possible
solution for a selected problem statement.
 Candidates may use internet resources for their convenience.
 Only Arduino or Esp32 DEVELOPMENT BOARD is allowed.
 Powering the circuit boards through laptop USB connections(5V Supply) must be the
first preference. Circuit can use max power of 12 W from a 12V -1 amp DC Supply.
 Use of AC power directly in the circuit is not allowed (strictly prohibited). AC to DC
adapter of rating mentioned in the 3rd point is allowed.
 Use of multicore DEVELOPMENT BOARD is prohibited for example Raspberry pi is.
 Candidate must have to submit a prototype as solution of their problem statement.
 Kindly avoid the use of unnecessary electronic components in your circuit.
 Please ensure the use of appropriate resistors in your circuit as per requirement.
 Use of breadboard is allowed New PCB /soldering is as per participant skill.
 Electronic standard modules are allowed.
 Submission of algorithm flow chart is must.
