“I LIVE GREEN”- SHORTVIDEO MAKING COMPETITION


The state of the environment around us is affected by many of our daily decisions. Some of our day-to-day decisions, if made with the
intention of minimizing the negative impact on the environment, can help in making it a cleaner and greener place.What are the small or big
actions you take to help the environment?
Rules and regulations –
1. Participants are required to share their green choices and actions in the form of a short video.
2. Create an original video clip (clippings from existing videos are not allowed).
3. Each college is allowed to send one entry only.
4. The video should not contain any speech, conversation or voiceover.
5. Sound effects and background music may be used as long as the participant has the right to use it.
6. Technical requirements –
Video:
· The submitted clips must be of one minute duration. Submissions exceeding the time limit will be disqualified.
· The video must be clear and submitted as one single file.
· The file size should not exceed 100 MB.
Text: The video should contain the following text:
· Name of the participant(s) and the college name.
· Short title relevant to the theme
· Descriptive text describing the video of maximum 200 characters.

Judging Criteria: The video will be judged based on the Relevance to the theme, Creativity,Technical ability, Video description and Overall

WASTEFUL NO MORE
Brief Description of the Event: Create a useful marketable product using waste (Electronic, metal or ceramic waste) as the main
components. Other material can be used to enhance the appeal of the product.The participants will have to prepare a video to market the
product to the judges.
The video must include:
· Introduction of the team members
· Description of the product created
· Motivation behind the product created
· Material used to create the product
· Creation process in a time – lapse video of around one minute
· Usefulness of the product created
The video created is to be uploaded on participant's YouTube channel.The link to the video to be uploaded in the google form link

· The advertisement should be enacted and recorded.
· “Jingle/Punch Line” in the advertisement is compulsory.
· Name of the product should be original and clearly mentioned.
· Vulgarity in the advertisement will result in automatic disqualification.
· Students can use their own props.
· The advertisement should be original in all aspects.
· Each team is required to collect the details of the product to be advertised from the event in-charge on confirmation of participation.

CONCLAVE
Brief Description of the Event:The participant impersonates a given eminent personality. The participant should have in-
depth knowledge of the personality impersonated.Attire and overall resemblance to the personality is compulsory.
The Recorded presentation should also include introduction of the personality /concrete suggestions / proposals to achieve
excellence in the respective field etc
Presentation can be done in English, Hindi, Konkani or Marathi.
The participants can choose to impersonate any one personality from the following list: Boris Johnson,Vladamir Putin,Volodymyr
Zelensky, Harnaaz Sandhu,Virat Kohli, Mark Zuckrerberg, Joe Biden, Elon Musk, Gita Gopinath, Gotabaya Rajapaksha.

LIGHTS, CAMERA… SCREENCRAFT!
Great Filmmakers don't fret over constraints-they overcome them.They succeed in spite of
them.This is your chance to rise to the challenge and break through. Direct and Shoot a short
Film in reverse chronological order based on “Thriller” Genre.

Time Allotted: Min. 5 minutes, Max. 8 minutes
Judging Criteria: Originality, Creativity, Scriptural Integration, Story/Screenplay,
Cinematography, Editing, Direction, Production Design, Music/Sound
Design,Acting.
Rules and Regulations:
· This is a team event (one team per college).
· Individual participation is not allowed.
· The movie making team should include all members such as cameraman actors,etc.
· The movie should be for a minimum 5 minutes length and must not exceed 8 minutes.
· Marks will be deducted if the time limit is not followed.
· Credits of film should be kept as short as possible not exceeding 30 seconds and within Prizes
