Event Objectives:
To provide a suitable platform for the dynamic development of students and to
enhance students’ ability to present their ideas as well as to broader their mind.

Specifications for Paper Presentation:


 The team can have a maximum of 2 students.
 The abstract should contain the Title, Name of the participants, College
name, and Contact number. Presenters are requested to send the abstracts
of PG Papers to the email maverick2k23pgppt@gmail.com
 Presenters are requested to send the abstracts of UG Papers to the email
maverick2k23ppt@gmail.com
 The abstract will be evaluated and the selected participants will receive
further information through mail on or before 25.03.2023.
 Each presenter will get 8 min for the presentation + 2 min for Q & A.
And the jury’s decision will be final.
GENERAL QUIZ

About the Event:


This arena aims to encourage students to look beyond their textual knowledge
and eye on the Corporate world, economics & Management, etc.

Rules for participation:


 A team can have 2 members.
 Rules and details of the specific round shall be disclosed on the spot.
 Required materials will be provided.
 The final decision will be taken by the committee members.

About the event:
This event aims to discover and bring out creativity, which could be very well
exploited as a real-life skill shortly. The ability to sell your ideas is considered
one of the potential traits to be competent and successful. So, join us and home
your creativity.

General Rules:
 Each team comprises 3 or 4 members.
 A preliminary round will be conducted for short listing the
participants.
 Details will be disclosed on the spot.
 Required materials will be provided.
 The final decision will be taken by the committee members.

TREASURER HUNT

About The Event:


The idea of hunting for hidden treasures has always been exciting and
adventurous. Here, participants work in a team to find the treasure with the
help of given clues. Let’s make the event funnier.
Rules:
 Per team minimum 3 members to maximum 4 members can
participate.
 Start with the clue #1
 Your team must look for and collect the clues and post a note.
 You are not to touch or tamper with any other team's clues. If you do,
you will be disqualified. All the rules are announced on the spot.
 The organizing committee’s decision will be final.

The event aims to identify the student with the traits of a good manager. It also
aims to find out how he demonstrates the skills, knowledge, and talents of a good
manager. It further tests him on how he uses the strategies to solve the problems.

 Participants should take part in the event Individually.
 The event comprises 3 rounds. Their might be an elimination.
 Rules and details of the specific round shall be disclosed on the spot.
 Participants are requested to come in formal attire.
 Participants should bring their laptops and internet connectivity (like a data
card) for the event.

About the Event:


The Best Management Team contest is a team event whose ultimate aim is to
identify the teams who can make decisions rationally with the coordination of
their team members. It also aims to find out how the team demonstrates the skills,
knowledge, and talents of a good management team. It further examines the
power of team members.

Rules for Participation:


 Participants should take part in the event with comprise of 3 to 4 members
per team.
 There will be three levels
 Preliminary, Semi-Final, and Finals, Rules, and details of the specific round
shall be disclosed on the spot.
 Participants are requested to come in formal attire.
 The decision of the judges will be final.

About the Event:

Rules for Gully Cricket:


 Events will be conducted with Tennis ball (Boost ball).
 Every match will be conducted in knock-out mode.
 Each team consists of 5 Members.
 One player must be in 1 Team only.
 Each match consists of 3 over only.
 Umpire decision will be the final.
 Based on the situation, the result of the event may be changed.
 Every team has to obey the rules & regulations formed by the event
co-ordinators.

Bridal Makeup (Only Female)

About the event:


The theme of the competition will be traditional bridal makeup. Participants
are expected to create a bridal makeup look that is suitable for a traditional
wedding ceremony.

Rule for the event:


 A team can have 2 members (1 model & 1 Artist).  Only 2 hrs to
complete their bridal makeup look.
 Participants who exceed the time limit will be disqualified.
 Participants are responsible for bringing their own makeup products
and tools. Any products that are deemed unsafe or unhygienic will not
be allowed.
 The decision of the judges will be final.
