    Problems:
    High rate of crime (drug use, abuse, gangsterism etc)
    Poor roads (No robots, speed humps etc)
    Fire dangers (in case of sudden fire crises)

    Planning and Execution

    To reduce the high rate of crime, police, hand in hand with the service provider will do regular
    routine checks around the community.
    Roads need an upgrade
    Making a proper fire prevention strategy in the community is also necessary.
    Suitable service provider

    The suitable service provider for community safety in this community will be Ultimate Crime
    Prevention Services (UCPS) working with SAPS for crime. UCPS does the following:
    ALARM MONITORING:

    Burglary.

    Open and Close by user code.

    Panic.

    CCTV ( Close Circuit Television System )

    CCTV ( Remote off site monitoring )

    Access Control System.


    Electrical Fencing. (Each house)

    24 Hour Control rooms.


    INTEGRATED SERVICES:

    Installations.

    Alarms.

    Electrical Fencing. (Each house)


    REACTION SERVICES:

    Reaction vehicles on 24 hour call with SAPS linked as back up.

    Dedicated vehicles with Armed back up.


    Manageable number of Clients per vehicle

    ProActive Security Solution.
