FIRST COMPOSITION

Ricardo Souza is a public employee. He works for Detran, which is the agency that
issues driver's licenses and car titles in Brazil. He specifically works in the department
which is responsible for the Detran's properties. Everyday he has to make contact with
a lot of people to check if the assets that belong to their department are already
registered. In addition, he has a duty to do the accounting of his department.
He went to university in 2011 where he studied advertising until 2013. He has not
received his degree yet, because he had to leave university in 2014, but he is going to
finish his degree course next year, in 2017. He has also been studying English since
2014 at Cultura Inglesa, a school that is known for its high quality.
He has recently set up a project to improve the control of assets at work, which has
been well-accepted. From his project, there are less unregistered assets. He is still
developing his project to make it better.
In despite of his age, he has already worked for 4 companies. He has considerable
experience in dealing with people and in working in a team. He has excellent
organisational and interpersonal skills. In his free time, he plays the guitar and reads
books. He loves philosophy and is good at repairing computers.
These characteristics have made him gain a lot of experience. He loves opportunities
that broaden her horizons.
