DESCRIPTION:
La

Libertad

is

municipality

of

the

homonymous

department, located in El Salvador. It has an estimated

35,589 inhabitants by 2013. population economy is based on
agriculture and further the services sector.
The municipality covers an area of 162 square kilometers
and the head has a altitude of 10 meters. The festivities
are held in December in honor of the Immaculate
Conception. The Tepehahua place name has the meanings of
"the hill of the oaks" or "The Ahuas the hill or mountain."

CANOPY Canopy is a full activity much emotion, where you have a contact with nature, you see this with
trees. The canopy is an activity where cables are placed among the trees, called canopy tour is a trip
wire to wire making stops, the canopy tour of freedom consists of 13 cables, the tour lasts about 45
minutes. How to get? On the road to the port of freedom at kilometer 29, the canopy is on the left side
of the road if we travel towards the port.
