Brad Wehde plus Ruth DeLaMater Bundy/Ralph Charles Whitley, Sr. can give you a full illustrated presentation since no one apparently will contact your local UTILITY OR WATER 
COMPANY OFFICIALS who will tell you at 5000 feet or 5 feet the same would seal instantly ?
 
I am on SKYPE   ralphwhitleysr   but also have a phone 813‐286‐2333 direct line and this disaster has now increased ten fold.

WE NEED THE SPECS ON THE BOP TOP FLAGE TO GIVE YOU A BETTER PICTURE THAT ALL WILL UNDERSTAND MR. PRESIDENT. 
 
Brad can make up a drawing as he is a Genius with his own Hydraulic Reamer and SEAT which  would have done the trick shutting
down the well.
 
Branko R. Babic in Oxford is fully aware of the fact that with the proper measurements provided on the BOP FLANGE the Counter
Pressure Plug with weight and shutoff plus flange to draw off items to the surface can be fitted to the top of Flange ONE which BP nor
anyone else has ever called to see how EXPERTS would seal it if they do not want to take the old flange OFF and put a new machined
one on with riser and shutoff.
 
Professionals do this EVERY MONTH somewhere in Florida utility groups.  ASK THE PROFESSIONALS !
 
Better have the U.S. COAST GUARD AND NAVY SEAL OFF THE GULF AS ANY TERRORIST REALLY KNOWS NOW HOW TO TAKE
AMERICA AND ALL OTHER NATIONS TO THEIR KNEES……MAKE TWO OR THREE MORE LEAKS AS YOU CANNOT SEE WHAT US
PROFESSIONALS KNOW WILL SEAL THIS WELL…..LET ALONE TWO OR THREE MORE.    Oh….I forgot….those INSPECTORS were too
busy partying rather and really inspecting and they had no idea those 8 story BOP items were on a 36 inch casing and could be forced
over but NOT SHUT DOWN OR CHANGED !   
 
Now that really gives everyone confidence…..why no LAWS on making these items safe with shutoffs on all three sides of tees, attach
BOP on horizontal part of tee leaving a part with shutoff going UP toward surface then lay down the BOP attach to the Horizontal
SHUTOFF FLANGE then once laying down attach a 90 degree ell to the top flange of the BOP facing UP to surface then attach another
SHUTOFF and a flange for make-up to super flotation risers…..who missed this critical item surfacing now that WE in the public can see
how OIL RIGS AND OIL COMPANIES CUT CORNERS opening AMERICA AND THE WORLD TO A DISASTER WHICH CANNOT BE
CONTROLLED SHOULD AN EARTHQUAKE HIT THE GULF AND TURN THESE 8 STORY ITEMS SPLITTING CASINGS ON THEIR SIDES LIKE
DOMINO’S AND NO ONE CAN SHUT THEM DOWN UNLESS THEY HAVE THE BRANKO R. BABIC FRICTION PLUG MADE DROPPED INTO
THE CASINGS IF YOU ARE LUCKY BUT MORE DAMAGED BOP RISERS AND YOU WILL LET BP COME WITH THE SOMBRERO OR TOP HAT

SUPER HEAVY BOLTS THREADED THROUGH THE 5 OR 8 INCH SIDES OF THE SLEEVE MACHINED !
 
PAINT ONLY RED WHITE AND BLUE IF IN AMERICA……MIGHT PAINT GREEN IF IRELAND OR DIFFERENT IF ENGLAND……..GET THE

Has anyone got back in contact with you...or responded?

I did forward you material to an engineer (former) at Oak Ridge National Labs...to get your solution in front of them...hopefully through their contacts to
Deepwater BP command.

Just know that was done. I have put your proposal infront of the people I know who might assist to get to someone's attention...to contact you directly.
Same for Ralph's solution - will get that to review as well, if i have any opportunity to do it.

So....just know - I see your solution, and will do everything I can to get it to any responsible persons I know....ok? count on that.

I do not favor an "solution"...whatever works, fastest, highest chance of success, least risk of making it worse....I for THAT ONE...ok? :)

Keep me informed. About 98% of the people I've spoken with....just short circut....blank-out. They just don't get it...they react like Im asking, "Whats on
the menu/Pizza selections"...that kind of attitude/ no sense of 'urgency'...or that it particularily matters. Everyone thinks someone else is handling it...so
they ALL pass the buck...around in circles.

At 59...i can't believe that so many people...could be so unconcerned...like they are already 'dead' inside. and just fakking 'outside'.. Im only mentioning
here...in case you have been experiencing the same(?)...

LOOK DEFCON 5. We are out of options here. Only FOR SURE option left.
Clean and well sort of simple.
 
Go to http://www.oceaneering.com/subsea‐products/pipeline‐repair‐systems/smart‐tap/
BUY THAT. Install it right below the BOP. Drill into the side that already has the BLOWOUT caused by the FAILED top kill (we know it is there even though you have not told us)
THEN BUY THIS http://www.oceaneering.com/subsea‐products/pipeline‐repair‐systems/piggable‐wye‐fitting/
attach this so you can plug up the BOP with wadded up Kevlar fabric. The stuff Tony may be wearing right now.
on the straight end place a 90 degree elbow with a flange run that to your riser up to the drill ship.
on the y part this is where you are going to send in your plug for the BOP, Unless you have something FOR SURE this time BP that is better, use a bunch of wadded up Kevlar fabric.
Do you know how to set this Piggable fitting up?
WE REALLY DON"T HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS. anyone can check this out with an engineer and it is doable with existing products. 100% seal, diverts flow to the drill ship so it does not 
cause undue stress to the well bore.

if BP does not do this there is no hope, we will have a black tide of death and the destruction of the Gulf of Mexico and who knows what else. THIS IS THE LAST CHANCE.
You all saw the oil flowing out of the well now.
Does that look like 20% more to ANYONE?
BP has not done anything right yet. It is time to grab the B by the P and get something done.
If anyone can take this and get it to someone other than BP we may have a shot before they destroy anything that is left to fix.
 
 
 
If they remove the sippy hat there is a flange there with a few bolts on it, Lefty loosey righty tightie. Remove the flange and go to Cameron, oilstates or oceaneering (Hardware stores 
for the oil industry)(real cool stuff) and pick up a few parts. It is all there. Everything they need. At this point they need no tricky caps domes or anything. There are even little devices 
that can fix that little blowout from a bad weld underneath the BOP. They can get fancy and pick up a collet connector and put that on the flange and get a remote activated clamp 
with riser to a drill ship. There are so many options, Cameron even has another BOP like the one that is on the floor here all busted up. They have a few real LMRP’s available also.
