Palo will be once again celebrating the Leyte Gulf Landings
Anniversary Celebration which commemorates the return of the
Allied Forces led by General Douglas McArthur to liberate the
Philippines from the Japanese Forces Seventy Two years ago or on
October 20, 1944.
Anent to this we would like to request the services of Mr. Danilo
Lerios, a member of the Kasadyaan Kultura Leyteo (KASKU) to
attend a meeting for the presentation of Plans and Budget
Proposals for the 72nd Leyte Gulf Landings Anniversary Celebration
on August 19, 2016, 9:00 AM at the Palo Municipal Building.
Mr. Lerios is one of the brains behind the plans of the LGU of Palo
for the said event that is why his presence is very much needed in
order to clarify questions regarding the activities and plans for the
said event.
