to read as SR.483,820/-.
(Saudi Riyals Four Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Eight Hundred and
Twenty Only).

All prices without installation include delivery from our warehouse to site
and do not include the unloading fees.
Within 05 days from the date of order confirmation. Or three months if
stock not available at the time of order confirmation.
30 days from the date of this offer. Any purchase order received after the
validity date will require the company written consent.

Payment: 100 % Down Payment upon order confirmation.
Warranty: 07 Years on compressor for Split type units.
05 Years on compressor for Window type units.
12 Months for the parts.
Warranty Conditions:

Inclusive of spare parts and maintenance charges for one year as of the
date of (invoice).

The warranty includes the repairing of the manufacturing defects.

The warranty doesnt cover the defect resulting from the natural
disasters.

The warranty doesnt include the defects resulting from the misuse.

The repair under the warranty shall be subject to the decision of our
company upon examining the units.
o The acceptance of our offer shall constitute an agreement
between parties. The conditions herein contained can be modified
only by the company written consent.
o Due to the change that comes from the factory the model
reference mentioned above might be changed by other reference
with the same options and prices.
