FUN RUN BAZAAR 2016 TERMS AND CONDITION POLICY


1) First come first serve. Full payment is required upon booth reservation. No Pencil Booking, NO Cancellation.
Booths are Non- Transferable and Non Refundable.
2) Strictly NO BOOTH SHARING. Only products listed on the application form can be sold during the event.
Organizer has the right to remove products that are not permitted.
All Concessionaires are allowed to use 500 watts per booth only, additional electricity charges for additional
watts to be use.
Note: For those who will use higher wattage electricity, kindly inform the organizer for safety reasons.
3) Payment Options.
A) Deposit at any BDO/BPI FAMILY BANK Branches.

4) Contract and deposit slip must be emailed to iconic.bazaarista@gmail.com immediately after payment to
confirm booth slot. Please fill up the form completely and legibly. 5) Concessionaires should donate at least one
raffle prize worth Php 200-250.
6) No loud noise or disturbing activities. Respect surroundings, no littering or destruction of plants, structures,
etc. Vandalism or damage to tables, walls, etc. will be penalized.
7) Organizer shall not be liable for any damage, loss or injury suffered by booth/exhibitors.
8) In case of problems during the bazaar, please inform the organizers immediately. Complaints will not be
entertained after the event.
9) Any payment made is non-refundable. No refund shall be given by the Organizer should the bazaar be
affected or canceled due to typhoon, rally and/or other fortuitous events. Organizer will not give any refund for
flooded booths, damaged goods or other losses due to strong rains.
10) You may send your company logo and profile for us to promote it in our social media accounts and other
promotional materials.
11) Provide Business legal documents.
12) No Late Booth Set Up and Early Pull out Policy, during operation Hours.
13) Security Set-Up Bond Deposit penalty of Php 1,000.00 for those who will set up late, pull out early and
failure to maintain the safety of booth inclusions like electrical outlet, tent, tables and chairs.
A) The security set-up bond deposit of Php 1,000.00 will be forfeited in case of late set up, early pull out
and failure to maintain the safety of booth inclusions like electrical outlet, tent, tables and chairs.

B) The security set-up bond deposit of Php 1,000.00 will be refunded if there is NO Violation made during
the event proper. please refer to terms and conditions #12 and 13.

Note: NO SECURITY BOND DEPOSIT NO INGRESS/NO PAYMENT,NO BOOTH POLICY.
