CT STUDY OF FACE WITH 3D RECONSTRUCTION

Undisplaced fracture is seen involving body of mandible on left.. Fracture of

junction of right ascending ramus and condyloid process is seen..

Fractures of right zygomatic arch , floor of right orbit and walls of right
maxillary sinus are seen. Fracture of right lateral pterygoid plate is also seen.

Bilateral T.M.J. appear to be normal.

Both maxillary sinuses show mucosal thickening.. No evidence of any bony
destruction is seen.

Left frontal and ethmoid sinuses are partially opacified. Bilateral sphenoid ,
right ethmoid and frontal sinuses are seen normally.

Nasal septum is in midline.

Bilateral nasal turbinates are seen normally.

Soft tissue swelling is seen over right side of face and around right orbit

OPINION:
FRACTURES MANDIBLE AND FACE AS DESCRIBED WITH LARGE
SOFT TISSUE SWELLING AS DESCRIBED WITH HEMOSINUSES.
Clinical correlation is necessary
