HR CT STUDY OF TEMPORAL BONE

Left mastoid air cells show reduced pneumatization .Right mastoid air
cells are clear. No evidence of any bony destruction is seen.

Minimal soft tissue is seen in left middle ear cavity .

Right middle ear cavity is clear.

Bilateral middle ear ossicles are normally visualized.

Bilateral inner ear structures are seen normally.

Internal acoustic meatii are normal in size.

No evidence of any CP angle mass lesion is seen.

Bilateral temporo-mandibular joints show normal outline and articular

surfaces.

OPINION:

MASTOIDITIS LEFT WITH C.S.O.M .

Clinical correlation is necessary.
