SECTION 1: Findings
Congress makes the following findings:
1) Around 6 million illegal Mexican immigrants live in the United States
of America
2) Mexicans make up half of the total illegal immigrants to the United
States of America
3) Only around 315,000 Illegal Mexican immigrants were deported back
to Mexico back in 2013
4) The number of illegal Mexican immigrants coming to the United
States of America is decreasing over the years, but it is still not 0
SECTION 2: Purpose
The purpose of this bill to stop the stem of Illegal immigration of Mexicans into the
United States of America by being able to discriminate them by not giving them
service and jobs and by building a wall along the United States of America and
Mexican border.
SECTION 3: General Provisions
Any business, government agency or person is legally allowed to refuse service and
jobs to any illegal immigrant from Mexico or any undocumented workers. No
matter what they might ask or need, refusing to assist them in any way will be
legalized and not punishable by any anti-discrimination law.
The United States of America will also start funding to build a 50 ft high wall all
across the United States of America and Mexican border in order to stop the
illegal flow of illegal immigrants from the South. This wall will be construction
mainly out of concrete and will be paid for through public and private funding and
tax dollars.
SECTION 4: Definitions
Illegal Immigrant- foreign nationals violating United States immigration laws by
either entering the country without government permission or after being
lawfully admitted, remaining within the country beyond their period of
authorized admission as a nonimmigrant.
Mexican- A person with citizenship from Mexico
