Princess Diana was very popular and she appeared in the newspapers every day.
Lady Diana was born in July, 1961, in England. She was a member of the Royal
family. She had two older sisters and one
younger brother.
She married the Prince Charles in July, 1981 and became the princess of Wales. She had two sons
William and Harry. Unfortunately her marriage wasnt very happy.Her husband, Prince Charles, had
another woman. Her relationship with her husband got worse and finally they divorced in 1996.
She was well-known for her charity work. Lady Diana worked to raise funds to support the poor.
She also campained to ban landmines and worked with victims of AIDS. Diana did a lot of work to
help and comfort people in unfortunate situations such as homeless, parentless, disabled, elderly
people. She understood the suffering of other people because she suffered herself. She became one
of the most famous woman in the world. Lady Diana died in a car accident in August 1997.
