Subject: OPEN MOUTH INSERT FOOT --- APOLOGY TO ADMIRAL THAD ALLEN USCG ---- You too will get old some day Admiral Allen and
Open Your Mouth without verifying FACTS. PRESSURE OFF OF BOP RISER TOP !

Importance: High

Ladies and Gentlemen:

I certainly OWE Admiral Thad Allen USCG a sincere APOLOGY for indicating HE was making a serious mistake wearing
the Uniform of a USCG Admiral under RETIREMENT. When anyone makes such a mistake they need to really do some
checking as ADMIRAL THAD ALLEN IS STILL ACTIVE DUTY UNTIL PERHAPS JULY 2010 AND I HOPE THE PRESIDENT
EXTENDS HIS MADATORY RETIREMENT FOR THIS EMERGENCY. My apology Admiral Allen. Second mistake made
as the first was as a Radioman Seaman parking Rear Admiral D.C. Varian’s TWO staff cars up under the main entrance
to COMMINELANT HEADQUARTERS and seriously ROLLING UP ALL WINDOWS TOTALLY SECURED….when unknown to
the Squid RMSN the Eye would go over his Headquarters SHATTERING THE WINDOWS but Read Admiral Varian only
asked IF I had rolled the windows UP tight when they exploded and he called his wife to come from his quarters to get
him in the private vehicle as SHE left the windows cracked to compensate for the change in pressure. MY
COMMENTS WRONG ABOUT YOUR BEING RETIRED IS MY SECOND SERIOUS MISTAKE ! Sorry !

NOW FOR A POSSIBLE RELEASE OF THE PRESSURE TO THE TOP OF THE BOP.

I noticed that FOUR areas allow perhaps putting Mud and Cement inside the BOP to the shaft. My concern is that
some of the PRESSURE AND OIL PLUS GAS can be drawn away from the BOP Riser by use of the FOUR LINES joined
with shutoffs and piping even into double WYE connections into one large pipe to the surface through those TOP KILL
lines thus reducing the pressure on the BOP RISER and making less of a spill. SOMEONE PLEASE CHECK WHY THIS
WOULD NOT WORK UNLESS YOU HAVE CHECK VALVES ON THE AREAS CONCERNED !

I believe those lines are either 6 inch or better for super mud and cement pressurized flows. Why no one used the lead
balls or even steel balls from the bottom to clog up the riser when it was bent over was a question no one could
answer. I did notice that the three leaks initially meant bent riser then two small leaks….same use of drawing oil and
gas off of the riser inside the bop might allow less pressure at the top IMHO !
