Eyes of a Warrior : Watching from Above : Pg 1

Fallenstar : My Clan : Pg 1
Watching from Above
"Look at them, how unaware of the events soon to happen." A tall and lithe brown-spotted cat hissed
with an annoyed voice. Her tail kicked up the sand she sat on. "If they were part of Quietclan I'd claw
their noses for being so naive and unprepared. You must be expecting anything!"
"There is no use spitting over it Quietstar. We can't change the future. Even if we were within our
own boundaries." A fluffy white tom was resting on a small cliff to the left of Quietstar. His posture
was calm but his orange eyes glared at the sand that had been kicked up and now floated on the
breeze.
"Oh right, Wolfstar. Forgive me for not seeing you insights." Her voice was drenched in sarcasm. "I
forget my son knows everything about our ancestors."
"More than you'll ever care to learn about." A cat padded up behind Wolfstar, his fur bristling. The
orange-brown color caught in the moonlight, bringing out his hard expression. "Youre just jealous
Mistystar is a better leader than you could ever be." He spat.
"Brother," Wolfstar started.
"Hawkclaw, you forget you're the cat who died before he could receive his nine lives." Pain glittered
in Hawkclaw's eyes momentarily and she smirked.
A yowl rang out across the pool of water, gathering everyone's attention.
"I did not call you here to fight!" A handsomely splotched white and cream cat growled. He calmed
after getting them all to listen though. He sat and dipped a paw in the water, causing it to ripple. You
all asked to see Silverstar's past. To see how our clans started. I must ask for respect as we watch
my mother." He paused and continued after silver-spotted she-cat whispered in his ear, reassuringly.
"These are the moments that led her to founding Silverclan. Even if they both happened in a different
life. Please, no more fighting between yourselves. There will already be enough of that in the vision."
The she-cat sitting next to him nuzzled his neck before signaling with her tail. Many more cats
gathered around the pool and made themselves comfortable. Mostly in their own clan. Clearing her
thought and stretched her silver neck she spoke to all gather cats. "Beachbelly has spoken his
request, does anyone disagree with his need for respect for the past of our founder?"
There were a few murmurs but no one outwardly disagreed.
"Good. Please make yourself comfortable." Everyone laid down, it was going to be a long night.
A glance around the pool showed that everyone, even the disagreeable Quietstar, sat next to a
beloved. Family, friend or mate. We were all united.

Fallenstar : My Clan
The long journey home had tired her skin from tail to nose and her head drooped with
her whiskers, but on the inside, Fallenstar felt like entirety of Lionclan was inside her spirit and
she couldnt of felt more powerful. More like a leader.
Fallenstar entered Riverclans camps entrance as the sun rose over the faraway
mountains. She was greeted by several celebratory calls of Fallenstar and formal greetings
while Hawkthorn sent out patrols. She purred her thanks as she passed on her way to her den,
but stopped outside her den, her spirit still soaring.

Fallenstar looked around camp, a new sense washing over as she looked over the
camp. Her camp. She looked past the few reeds that bordered their camp to the steadily flowing
river that protected them from enemies. She turned her gaze the mostly thornless brambles of
the Elders den that sat next to a partially uprooted tree. She searched but couldnt see any
pelts through the mess of brambles and looked at the Nursery.
The Nursery was currently surrounded by kittens as they played near the thorns that
made it the most protected den in camp. It sat next to the warriors den, a large cluster of tall
weeds and reeds allowed the warriors to protect from the worst of weather but still run out easily
to defend.
Fallenstar turned her gaze to the apprentices den, fairly close to warriors den too. It was placed
on a soft dip in the ground with leftover reed from the warriors den creating a slightly thicker
barrier.
The Medicine Cats den was a cave carved out by water with a small stream of water
entering and exiting through two different holes. She couldnt see the water now through the
thorn bush that sheltered the cats inside, but Fallenstar smiled as she recalled all the times
shed been in there.
Although recently another had been in there, and while Fallenstar wasnt jealous, she
wasnt exactly happy. She had been told what was known of this cat and it eased her troubles a
bit. Leaf-bare was on its way though, and the extra paws would be useful and itd work towards
the deal. It was a shame she hadnt woken yet.
She pushed away her unpleasant thoughts. Birchfall and Flamepaw were doing their
best and she was eternally grateful.
Fallenstar was interrupted from her thoughts as Jumppaw approached respectfully.
Yes, what is it Jumppaw? She asked the apprentice.
Hawkthorn sent me with a report. Fallenstar nodded as a signal to continue while she
glanced up at the black tom. He was talking to a few senior warriors, not looking particularly
busy that he couldnt come himself, but Fallenstar pushed the thought away. He was a loyal cat
with the warrior code as his blood.
A fox was scented by the dawn patrol yesterday and they found its den. They gathered
Owlnose, Curlfeather, Podlight and Shimmerpelt to chase it off and it left into Windclan territory.
Very good. I can talk to Windclan about the fox quickly on the full moon. Thankyou
Jumppaw. She flicked her tail, dismissing Jumppaw when she didnt continue.
Fallenstar sought out the cats that attacked the fox but only Curlfeather was still in camp.
The warrior had a new cut along her leg, but it didnt seem to be bothering her and Fallenstar
admired their courage and bravery.
The white and black spotted cat let out a large yawn again as Birchfall came out of her
den.
Fallenstar? What are you doing still awake? Although there was a playful tease in her
voice, there was also seriousness. She should get some sleep.
Just about to head into my den, Birchfall.
Good. Cant have our new leader falling asleep on her paws.
Fallenstar meowed a goodbye and enter her den as her hyper emotions soothed. She
silently thanked her clan before falling asleep.
