TD02-0213-14R-10 . This scholarship is effective 1st Semester 2015-2016 and
was enrolled in MSU Naawan Mis. Or. On the first semester , but on the second
semester was transferred to MSU-IIT for my health reason not to be stressed for
traveling long distance daily.
In this behalf I would like to formally request and inform your good office
the transfer of my residence school for the continuation of my scholarship as your
office granted, effective and immediately for my sustenance of my studies. I am
also informing your good office that on the first semester the allowance which your
office grants still not yet received.
It is my wish that you understand my situation and consider my transfer of
school residence as to continue my studies. Please consider my transfer as well as
to receive the allowance on the 1st semester and also for the 2nd semester .
