- Dont drink the water
- I wouldnt eat anything thats sold in the street.

- Yes, Ive heard that before.
After Its (well/not) worth we use verb+ -ing: Thats well worth seeing
After Dont bother. We use verb+ ing: Dont bother going to the museums
After Id/I wouldnt we use the infinitive: Id recommend the trains
