JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for implementing various customer programs (payment, loyalty, campaigns, research, analytics, etc.)
across segments (retail and fleet) and managing all the related activities. Implement various marketing initiatives to
acquire key account customers.

1 Develop and Manage payment and rewards programs for various customer segments Conceptualize and Roll-out
fleet program & retail program and ensure that the required acquiring set-up is created
Drive sales growth through key account tie-ups
Use mobile platform to roll-out various payment and rewards programs
Responsible for customer acquisition, activation and retention for various customer loyalty programs
Manage FOS team for enrolment and activation of HSD customers on fleet program
Develop robust and detailed customer database with proper checks and balances
Track competitor activities and develop plans with field to retain/increase our market share
Implement rituals (simple processes) to be followed by Attendants, Forecourt Managers & Dealers to deliver unique
and consistent point of sale experience. Benchmark customer experience on the fleet & loyalty program at the retail
outlet
2 Manage program related activities for various payment and rewards program Propose and develop loyalty policies
and processes across levels (both centrally & at divisional level)
Co-ordinate with Program Vendor, Finance, Accounts and IT for seamless settlement of dealers for payments and
rewards for customer programs (fleet & retail)
Integrate Retail Automation with Payment programs (fleet & retail)
Train field and franchisees for roll-out and implementation of all customer programs
Manage redemption experience with minimal/real time delivery and strive to increase redemption
Leverage analytics to support profitable business growth. Monitor and track effectiveness of analytics driven
initiatives.
Tie-up with credit partners, insurance partners, redemption partners, etc. to enhance the value of the program.
4. KEY CHALLENGES
Develop customer programs using mobile platform (cardless)
Drive sales on customer programs using EOLs limited network (vis--vis PSUs network)
