In this project, you will work individually or in teams to create a comprehensive customer loyalty
program for a retail store of your choice. The goal is to design a program that enhances customer
retention, drives repeat purchases, and strengthens the relationship between the store and its

program that aligns with the store's brand and objectives.
Project Guidelines:
1. Choose a retail store as the focus of your project (it can be a physical store, e-commerce

brand identity.
