Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and
implementing digital marketing strategies to promote products, services, or brands across
various digital platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing
digital marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and
achieve business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies: Plan, execute, and monitor
comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including
search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email
marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.

2. Website management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize


website content, structure, and user experience to improve conversion rates and
search engine rankings. Monitor website analytics to identify areas for
improvement and implement necessary changes.

3. Content creation and management: Create engaging and relevant content for
digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics,
and more. Coordinate content creation with internal and external stakeholders,
ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.

4. Social media marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase
brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive website traffic.
Monitor social media trends, respond to comments and messages, and analyse
campaign performance to optimize results.

5. Paid advertising campaigns: Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising


campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, social media ads, and display
networks. Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and monitor
campaign performance to achieve desired outcomes within allocated budgets.

6. Email marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including


segmenting audiences, creating email templates, and measuring campaign
effectiveness. Implement strategies to grow email subscriber lists and enhance
email open rates and click-through rates.

7. Analytics and reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance


indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation
platforms. Identify trends, generate insights, and make data-driven
recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.

8. Conversion rate optimization (CRO): Continuously identify opportunities to


improve website conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization,
and user experience enhancements. Utilize CRO tools and techniques to drive
incremental improvements in lead generation and customer acquisition.

9. Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies,
and best practices in digital marketing. Share insights and recommendations with
the team and proactively propose innovative ideas to drive business growth.
