Reflection

1. What worked well and why? I work to organize the trine when
they move from the classroom to the dying room , because the
are not street on this thing
2. What useful tips and strategies did you observe? I observe that I
must be organize on my work as my MST says and I observe to
must be strong with the kids

3. What techniques do you think the teacher uses to manage the


children and why? The most thing that she was used and it was
really worked that she told them I dont want you in the class go
to miss Huda class and the second thing that she use the stars and
the sad fuses
4. Are there any children in the class with difficult or unusual
behavior? How does the teacher deal with these children? No

5. Overall, is the teacher more negative or positive when dealing


with management issues? Why? She was more positive with them
for example when she give them the work sheet and she/he dont
know how to do it she dont showt she lit the student who knows
the answer to sit with him/her according to Vygotsky theory he
says that play serves as zone of proximal development
