FAMILY UPDATE
The week following the Jacksonville Weekend to Remember Getaway, we had
the privilege of using a condo on the beach at St. Augustine, FL with our family.
You may remember we did this last year...and it rained 19 inches over 6 days!!
This year we were greatly blessed by perfect weather. We enjoyed time in the
pool, on the beach, and playing with BIG E!!!! He had 6 adults ready to do what-
ever he wanted to do (play with balls mostly!). We laughed a lot - ate too much
ice cream - and enjoyed being a family.

FAMILY UPDATE
The other big news from Big E is he found out whether he will have a little brother
or sister...Little e (Emma Grace Bell) will be here in October. Yes, its a GIRL!! Papa
T is not at all sure he will know what to do with a granddaugh-
ter, but Lisa is pretty excited about it (so am I really).
Daniel and Whitney are enjoying their first home. Next
month I will try to include a picture of their now 6-month old
Great Dane puppy (If I can capture all of her in one picture).
Lisa has expanded her FamilyLife piano student ministry. I
dont know if we have ever shared with you how a few years
ago she began to take on a few students who were kids from
other staff families. Because all of
our income has to come from Campus
Crusade, she only charges a few dol-
lars each month to be able to tune
her piano twice a year.
Well, the word got out - and she now has 18 students.
This has really been a great opportunity for her to bless
these families.
I continue to be very, very busy at the ministry. Though
we work really hard during the getaways we travel to, I have
to admit that it is nice to get out of the office and on the very
front lines of the battle. My role allows me a unique mix of
forming and developing strategy as I lead my team, and ac-
tual hands on as I get out to work and train volunteers and staff. The need is not
growing smaller, but God continues to redeem. I just saw a statistic today - over
59,000 people have indicated decisions for Christ since the Weekend to Remember
began, and who knows how many legacies have been forever changed. Thank You!!!

New / Increase Support Match Update
God has blessed the match opportunity. We have seen almost $300
of new support or increases from existing partners. We have 2 more
weeks of follow-up to do. If you received a letter, thanks for considering
an increase. Please keep praying for this opportunity. We are asking
God to bring in enough new / increased support so that we can take full
advantage of the $600 per month match. This new support coming in
by July 1st will be matched through the end of the year up to a maximum
of $600. Thanks for praying with us!!
