Summary:
This article is mainly about how online courses benefit some students. It talks about how
a study was done which surveyed some students that are taking online classes and how they like
them. according to this article, many students think and learn differently. Some teaching styles
help more than others and online and on campus classes usually fill those needs.
An online class is when the student may never physically see the professor. All
assignments, lectures, and tests are all over the computer and typed out. This is beneficial for
some students who learn better by seeing everything written out in front of them. These students
can pick any time to work on classwork when they have time. online classes were highly
surveyed by working students and students who have children.
On campus classes also have many advantages that are vastly different than online. On
campus classes are when you have a set time every week that the whole class meets to learn the
course material. This allows the students to meet face to face with the professor. According to
this article it is recommended that harder classes be taken on campus so you will have the
opportunity to ask questions as soon as you run into problems. Online and on campus classes are
great for different types of people. It allows students to learn by their best learning abilities.
