BLENDED LEARNING FOR EFFECTIVE LEARNING

The question of whether learning online is better than studying in a physical school face-to-face
with a teacher and other students is a hot topic these days. We can't deny that we need computers and
the internet to access all kinds of knowledge, and we can't dismiss the concept of schooling because we
live in the twenty-first century, where technology and creativity are critical to progress. Since the time of
the great scientists and thinkers, the idea of going to school or simply getting a teacher to provide you
with learnings has been the explanation for the birth of many geniuses who are still revered today. We
must recognize that both traditional and online studying strategies are essential for each student's
successful learning.

Both traditional and online learning have their own set of benefits. In the learning process, the
relationship between the teacher and the students is crucial. This is what students should expect from
conventional education. Students who actively participate and perform, whether by classroom
discussions or science experiments, may gain a greater understanding and long-term memory of the
lesson. Because of the on-point tests, it will ensure that a learner fully comprehends a subject, and
teachers can track their students' progress because they are all visible to each other. Teachers in a
classroom have the opportunity to provide extra help or take a different approach to teaching a subject.
It allows you to form social bonds with others and build memories that will last a lifetime. Traditional
face-to-face learning, on the other hand, has some flaws that online learning can easily fill for us
students.

We can research and learn all we want using online learning. We need enthusiasm, and if we are
interested in anything, we can enroll in any class offered online. It is also inexpensive as compared to
other schools' high tuition fees. It's also recommended for people with busy schedules because it's
flexible and allows you to be everywhere at any time. People do not need to meet deadlines to
complete the tests because it is self-paced. Another significant explanation why online learning is just as
good as face-to-face learning is that it is more comfortable. For several years, students sat in
uncomfortable seats for long periods of time, resulting in backaches at the end of the day. We do not
need to wake up early and endure all the exasperation due to traffic. It's best for people who want to
feel truly at ease, as long as they don't get too relaxed. All would benefit from a more effective
education if these two learning strategies are combined.

According to a 2012 article in "Inside Higher Education," students who participated in a blended
education model performed better than those who only received one type of education. Rasmussen
College discovered that its 14,000 students and up fared similarly. Furthermore, according to the RAND
Corporation in the United States, a group of middle and high school algebra students who studied via a
blended learning model showed substantial improvements in results. The blended model maintains the
conventional classroom-and personal guidance and motivation of a teacher-while providing very
convenient but very effective and advanced software.

Many students have served as living testimonials to the effectiveness of the blended learning
process as of today. We learners of the 21% Century are witnesses to this, we strongly believe that we
deserve to learn through means that concord to what we need. We must all think of efficient ways to
promote effective adults someday through integration and collaboration in order to provide meaningful
and substantial education to all growing learners. We must all accept and enable new ideas to flourish in
order for the educational system to thrive. This two-way learning is only one of many options for
achieving our goals. If we want the students to understand the lesson better, we should let them learn
in any way they want. We should not confine their talents to a single teaching method since we all learn
in different ways. Why choose between the two when both are necessary and beneficial?
