To be able to predict the contention of an article from the headline.

To be able to critique the quality of life index and Melbourne's title as the 'World's Most
Liveable City'.
Success Criteria:

I can use the clues in the headline of an article to make a prediction of the issue of the
article, and its contention.

I can use statistics on homelessness to critique Melbourne's liveability.
