Wow... we will enter the first topic... Let's pray to God

to help us to understand this topic, Praying starts! ...
Are you ready Eco_Lover? Let's flip this page!
TQ Hey, what is that? what are the contents
of the picture above? what its for?
Oh, I know what that is? Do you have the same opinion as me?

Yes... correct there are plenty of choices of activities that the person
do on the picture in their daily life between at home and work, and this
person gives some the red checklist as the meaning that he done with
this matters.

But why doesn't he just do the checklist from the first activities? Why
doesn't he do it in order? or does he just do the urgent matters first as
a priority?

Please find a pair and try to answer the questions above on the answer
below

Do you know what priority is? Have you

ever thought before what is your
priorities in your life? Or should we have
priority in this life? TQ

Economics is always faced with several choices and almost at the same time, and
this problem waiting for a decision to be solved. The decision was made because of
limited resources in meeting their needs. This limitation is what makes people have
to determine priorities in daily life, be it for themselves, their families, the
surrounding environment, or even for the country.

Choices make people have to determine what is important which is not, which is
urgent and which is not. All that cannot be determined if the person concerned
does not understand the categories of the choices.

Priority
Based on the Cambridge dictionary, priority is something that is very important
and must be dealt with before other things. So what is your priorities right now?
please write the answer below
There are 3 factors to determine priority,
1. Level of income
2. Social Status
3. Social environment

To decide the things are important or not, we need to make a priority scale,
According to Merriam Webster, the priority scale is a series of important
activities that are carried out first. Priority scale contains needs that must be
met by humans according to their level or fulfillment. With the calculation of this
scale, it is hoped that humans will understand better, which needs must come first
and which can be postponed. Convey's time managament matrix help us to make
scale priority.

Convey's Time Management Matrix

If the activities include in urgent and important categories it means the

activities must to do it directly.
If the activities include in important but not urgent, it means we should make
the schedule when to do it.
If the activities is urgent but not important, it means we can ask help from
someone/ delegate it.
If the activities is not urgent and not important, it means just erase this
activities and forget it.
