5.1 Benefits received by the Entrepreneur and her family

Entrepreneur shall enjoy the benefits of her income as long as the business operates well
and the profit increase continuously. Self-employment gives direct job for the entrepreneur to
work within her own business firm. If the business needs to hire employees family members of
entrepreneur has a great opportunity and chance to be hired and it is the time for them to bond
and work together.

5.2 Benefits Received by the Company workers

Providing labor to unemployed workers helps them to have monthly income or salary.
Food will also provide by the business. There will be birthday recognition for employees. This
become motivation for employees to have higher commitment for the firm goals and less likely
to quit.

5.3 Contribution shared by the Company to the Community, the Government and the
Environment
In building up the business they will offer labor that bring benefits for the person that
hired, so that they can buy their needs and wants. Taxes coming from the MSA Goat Production
contribute to the governments fund even if its a microbusiness and it will help the governments
projects.
