Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague): e.g
When I observed my colleague I felt myself as a famous person, in fact, my self-confidence was increased.
Also, I took lots of benefits because I sat at the end of the class and I observed the lesson. In fact, when I sat
at the back, I saw lots of things that the teacher didnt notice during teaching. For example, I noticed the
misbehavior; two students played with clay, but they put the clay in their pockets and the teacher could not
see them because they were sitting at the end and the tables prevented her. However, When I started
observing my colleague I saw a smile on her face she felt comfortable and when she saw me she wanted to
show me her best. During the observing, I tried to write all my comments about her performance and
students interactions with her. This helped me to be ready for the meeting with my colleague after her
lesson. I was so careful when I gave her the feedback because I didnt want to push her to the back, I wanted
to push her to forward by motivating her. In addition, I felt happy during the meeting because I gave her all
comments. My colleague was interested in the meeting, she listened to the feedback, she liked the Strengths
and listened to the suggestion and she told me that she would work on. For example, she was series more so
it would be good next time to be more kindly
