Activity
The student will create a presentation on a story of
their choosing. They may use Prezi, Comic Master,
DoInk, Gliffy, or similar applications to create the
presentation. This assignment will contain three
references to the story itself (passages, quotes,
etc.), one reference to an online resource, and a
Works Cited page. The activity will help evaluate
the students comprehension of using applications
for presentation purposes, their ability to research
supplemental data, and show the students
understanding of MLA citation.

The student will gather data from source materials

and online secondary sources. They will then
articulate this information in a medium of their
choosing, making use of MLA citation where
appropriate. The teacher will be using this time to
help familiarize students with the programs they
have chosen, assist students in finding factual
information on the internet, and help in the overall
creation process.
