Irenaeus Protocol for Meeting with Personnel to Plan for Student Needs
1. Teacher fills out referral for student
2. Learning specialist will observe student in class. 3. Teacher teams with parents and learning support to make an ILP (individual learning Plan), If specialist recommends testing, parents seek out to Home district for testing. An IEP is then in place. 4. Teacher implements all modifications and accommodations. 5. Student is tracked to make sure all needs are meet. 6. Teacher, specialist and parents meet every year for an updated ILP
