STANDING RULES

1. There shall be a monthly newsletter, which shall be distributed to members at least a week prior to the
General Meeting. It shall be called Growing Pains.
2. Members dues shall be $20 per year. A second member at the same address shall pay $16. Dues are
payable at the June meeting and are delinquent July 1st. Names, addresses, etc of persons paying prior to
July 1st will appear in the club yearbook for the coming year.
3. As the year progresses, dues for new members shall be prorated for the remainder of the meeting
months after the September meeting.
4. Persons eligible for membership will be permitted to attend only two regular meetings as a guest.
Thereafter, $5 will be charged for meetings attended. MiraCosta College students shall attend at no
charge for an unlimited time.
5. Procedure sheets shall be updated each year and returned to the President at the May Board meeting.
6. Upon the death of any member, a plantation of penny pines will be purchased in his/her memory.
7. An audit will be done at the end of each fiscal year by another member other than the Treasurer.
