Visual inspection of internal assembly already done as per drawing

Visual and random thickness check of paint was performed as per specification

Actual current condition as described in attachment photos

Visual Inspection was performed such as :

1. Installation of ladder and platform is Ok
2. Electrical installation is Ok
3. Tightenning of all bolts are Ok
4. Identification / Name plates were installed
5. All lightings can be turn on
6. Hatch door can be opened-closed
7. Door installation is Ok
8. There is no damage on the ladder and other parts
9. There is no paint damage on inside section
10. There is no paint damage on outside section
11. Cleanliness of inside section is Ok
12. Cleanliness of outside section is Ok

Based on applicable specifications, the outcome of the inspection/test activities specified above is deemed
SUCCESSFUL. The issuing of this document does not relieve the Supplier from liabilities relative to any nonconformity detected on materials at a later date.
