Who to

Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from Clackamas
Community College.
Plan your trip at http://www.trimet.org.
Pizza lunch will be provided.
Dress is business casual. Closed toed shoes are required. Please NO shorts, sweat
pants, crop tops, caps/hats, t-shirts with objectionable logos/graphics or gum.
If a situation occurs where the student is not able to participate, s/he must notify
their school contact as soon as possible. Under no circumstances should the
student or school attempt to find a last minute replacement. Only pre-registered
students will be allowed to participate
Students are not allowed to leave the premises.
Students are expected to fully participate in activities and show respect for CCC
Services staff, school personnel and other students.

STUDENT AGREEMENT / PARENT PERMISSION
By signing below the student and parent/guardian acknowledge the following:
The student will attend and participate fully in the entire program.
The student will not be allowed to leave early; attendance will be taken periodically during the
program.
The student will conduct him/herself appropriately as a representative of his/her school.
The student will dress appropriately for the event. Dress is business casual. Closed toed shoes are
required. Please NO shorts, sweat pants, crop tops, caps/hats, t-shirts with objectionable
logos/graphics or gum.
The parent/guardian gives permission for the students picture to be taken at the event.
The parent/guardian gives permission for the students name to be included on the participant roster
that will be distributed to school contacts.
CCC has no liability for this activity. Each participant is responsible for his/her own safety and agrees
not to look to CCC or other involved parties with regard to liability for any claims related to
participation in Manufacturing Career Day activities.
