Bioluminescence is the production and emission of
light by a living organism. It is a form of chemiluminescence.
Bioluminescence occurs widely in marine vertebrates and
invertebrates, as well as in some fungi, microorganisms
including some bioluminescent bacteria and terrestrial
invertebrates such as fireflies.

A fertilizer (American English) or fertiliser (British
English) is any material of natural or synthetic origin (other
than liming materials) that is applied to soils or to plant
tissues (usually leaves) to supply one or more plant nutrients
essential to the growth of plants.

Pesticides are the only toxic substances released
intentionally into our environment to kill living things. This
includes substances that kill weeds (herbicides), insects
(insecticides), fungus (fungicides), rodents (rodenticides),
and others.
