As well as I can lead, I can also follow very well because I have no urge to be in charge
at all times.
I am a fast learner and good team player so as soon as I understand it I dont mind
helping my co workers and hopefully vise versa.

Applied skills
During my initial start to working construction the company was just starting off and was
investing into three large home products scattered around Baltimore/ Baltimore County. Three
different crews for each house but I was the only one with enough experience to go through and
work on all three houses assuring them that their three homes would be done within a year and
a half. Under me and my father running the construction crews we finished the project within a
year.
