Hello guys. Introduce my name Jeffery Ubam Anak Landa. I come from a small
district in the Baram Area, namely Marudi District, Sarawak. I am 22 years old and the child
of 1 of 2 siblings in the family. I also got my first Education in 2005 to 2012 at Sekolah
Kebangsaan Long Lapok Marudi Sarawak by obtaining UPSR 1A, 2B & 2C results. At the
same time, I continued my Education to PT3 and SPM level from 2013 to 2017 at Sekolah
Menengah Kebangsaan Tinjar Baram where my PT3 results got 1A, 1B, 4C & 2F and SPM I
got 5B, 1C, 2D & 1E results. After that, I continued my Education to the STPM level from
2018 to 2019 and got a CGPA result of 2.25 (3C+, 3C). I am also grateful to be able to
further my education to the bachelor’s degree level in 2021 at University Malaysia Sarawak
majoring in Industrial and Labor Relations Studies. As for work experience, I got a side job
after I finished STPM where I worked as a Sale Promoter at a Sports Equipment Store in a
Mall in Miri Sarawak for 8 months only. After that, I was given an offer by the Senior
Administrative Assistant of SMK Tinjar, namely Cikgu Bawie Ak Mamat to be a Back -up
Teacher for 3 months to fill the teacher vacancy which at that time was quite critical. In terms
of hobbies, I am more of a vlogger & planes spotter because it can make me happy and
produce content that is useful to myself and the community. That is a little bit about myself.

 I am a person who prefers to seek information because it is one of the

meaningful responsibilities which can facilitate job management to run
smoothly.
2. Giving Information / Opinion
  I also like to give opinions and identify whether the resources I obtain are
useful for the given task or title or not to ensure all resources are obtained
accurately based on the given title.

Relationship Roles

1. Encouraging

 I also want to strengthen close friendships in my group because this can

achieve what our group wants to achieve.

 A good and fair response determines the success of a group.

2. Harmonizing

 I am more of a person who obeys all instructions and also does not want any
misunderstanding between members due to things that are only small but
spread on a large scale.

Self - Interest Roles

1. Stroyteller

 I am also a person who likes to tell stories about something that is important for
the purpose of the assignment or vice versa as this can give a little useful idea
to the group.

1. The Team worker

 I am also a group lover who gives Collaboration in a team in making sure

everything runs smoothly.

2. The Implementer

 In making sure everything is in order I need to know whether the tasks given
are appropriate and executed so perfectly according to the guidelines that have
been set.
